Data and Operations Analyst Intern

San Francisco Bay Area / Remote

At CueIn, we are building a Co-Pilot for Customer Experience Teams that uses large language models to optimize customer experience and drive better answers, reduced escalations, fewer abandonments and happier customers. We provide real time mining and observability into conversation transcripts to enable better customer support across chat bot, live chat, voice bot, voice call, cases and more.

About this opportunity

We’re looking for a Data and Operations Analyst Intern, interested in solving complex problems in LLM/NLP/NLU space as applied to multi-turn conversational data.

What you’ll do

  • Annotate conversational data and QA annotations to improve upstream LLMs. Influence conversational taxonomy as one of the key differentiator in our offering.

  • QA product features and product changes with focus on data and their visualization.

  • Collaborate with data scientists to refine data annotation guidelines and implement strategies to improve data annotation processes.

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience with our AI solutions.

  • Serve as a liaison between our AI team and customers, addressing queries and providing insights into our technology and product.

  • Build prospect lists and generate sales leads through outbound prospecting into target accounts by leveraging email, LinkedIn and phone calls.

What you’ll need

  • A startup mindset, biasing towards thoughtful action with minimal direction

  • Great curiosity about data, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

  • Strong communication skills — both written and oral

  • Excitement about our mission

  • Bonus: Experience in SDR role in SaaS product, AI/ML data annotation, analysis and curation and/or customer success for B2B SaaS
